I tryed restarting but still no luck. I was on msn messenger then all a sudden it disconnected me and wont alowe me back on.

I got rid of it as I rarely use it anymore and it was annoying how it ran in the background without my permission. It was hard to get rid of as well

Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger is NOT the same.
Windows Messenger comes with Windows XP and runs in the background without Your permission. There's many ways to get rid of Windows Messenger, just use google.
You'll need to download MSN Messenger.
