Search And Traffic Do Not Come Up Sometimes

Quite often when I fire up Kazaa, the sreach and Traffic headings remain gray and do nto go black.

The status line at the bottom shows how many users are on Kazaaa and how many files I am sharing and someitmes I can download items, but I cannot access the search or traffic windows.

Any suggestions ?

For these to stay grey then you are not actually connected. Please tell us what version you are running, have you been able to successfully connect before, what OS do you have, and what firewall are you running.

First thought is to open Supernodes and see if your status has you IP address. If not enter it manually, tagged with the port you are cnnecting through (which will show in options).

OK, I am new to Kazaa and am operating behind a firewall. I am guessing this is why my Search, Traffic and Tools menus are not enabled.

I am running version 2.4.3

Any help to get these working would be really appreciated.

well on the bottom rigth hand of klite does it say "connected" or not ??
