Gta3/vice City Character Models

ok i have so sweet character models and i dont know how to get them in game,i know how to get new cars in, but how models?

For Vice City

1.Open the ImgED (In ZIP).
2.go to you Vice City Folder and then open the models folder.
3.use ImgED to open the gta3.img files in the models folder.
4.Find where it says player.dff and player.txd delete them.
5.Now add the ones from the zip.
6.If you want some skins for the swat copy the green , grey , orange , pink , purple
red , and yellow .bmp file to you Vice City Skins folder
7.Then run the game

This is from a skin pack i downloaded, but it applys with all.
