Yeah, no problem bettybutton.
- click on your name (bettybutton)
- it'll take you to another page (your user profile)
- you'll see a link called 'Avatar Options' under your name
- click that link
- then you'll see an option to upload your own picture
- click 'Browse', find a picture on your disk
- voila
