It's good that you are thinking about who can become a good mod.

but its hard to choose new mods because only a few are perfect for such a job.

Me was picked because I was always hanging out in Movieworld and I also knew more then the avarage member about moviestuff, the area mods were upgraded so they had acces to move topics in other sections. but I never thought I would become a Global mod on this board ever .
