get window washer by webroot, the first time i ran it i freed up about 1 gig, but ive been using it regularly since and only free up like 20mb oh well.

also burn mp3's to cds in mp3 format, image files arent very big so leave them. Video files burn to cd's in the format they are already in (except if they are bigger than 700mb compress them). Last is ur download games. If they are those kind that it is a rar and u unzip it and click a registry adding thingy then downlaod a program to make an installer for teh gfame then burn that to a cd and it will be like having the real game . Also you should turn off the system restore service because it uses up a lot of space on the drive.

I think that covers all of the big files on the drive. Oh and uninstall games\programs that you dont need\use.
