I have a T3 university connection, but my max d/l is 500K, and I can get that only at 4AM.

i was getting about 700k/sec upload on the linux mahcines at my uni. at 9.30ish in the morning, the windows machines are just pure cack. cause theyre old. and slow, they can barely startup.

I got the speed upgrade a few months ago. Now it&#39;s 256k up and 3Mbits down.
