I had to reformat my harddrive. I backed up "my shared folder" and moved everything back into the reinstalled KL.
My question is: How do I get those partial downloads (.dat) back into the "traffic" to resume downloading?

Copy them then open K-lite, click on my shared folder and paste them into it then restart K-Lite.
