yeah? no?
or would it be better to burn it, then copy & compress the files?
i started to .rar a .bin, but it didnt look like it was making any gains on space
but i only let it get to around 8% or so...

I am just a worthless liar. I am just an imbecile.
I will only complicate you. Trust in me and fall as well.
I will find a center in you. I will chew it up and leave.
I will work to elevate you just enough to bring you down.
you can convert it to an .ISO with winISO this will reduce the filesize
thought about that, but i was hoping to make a really good gain on size,Originally posted by {I}{K}{E}@18 February 2004 - 12:58

Yep, that'll make it much smaller than a .bin file. Then you can compress the .iso with WinRAR to make it even smaller (set it to Best compression method).Originally posted by {I}{K}{E}@18 February 2004 - 15:58

yep, compressing a .bin doesn't do much, but Nightwolf's method should knock the size down a decent amount
