tweaks only cause me problems.. i dont do the extra crap besides Defrag, Scandisk, and Norton Antivirus check.

I Have Tweak Xp It Is Pretty Good I Would Recommend using that but otherwise u should try them all to see what u like another good one is Xteq X-Setup try them both

I used tweak xp for a while. I dont run many tweak programs anymore because most of them just bloat your box.

It depends what type of tweaking your trying to do. If its performance wise then a ram optimizer, reg cleaner, and occasional defrag should do the trick. If you really want to tweak your box for performance then turn off all visual styles and themes, icons, etc.

Analog X has a few nifty programs. I use their ram optimizer.
