Can Enyone Tell Me How To Insatall Klr 249

while trying to install klr 249 i get the error message 404 cant contact valve4website.error 404.eny help would be appreciated..........

install it without any tools

the installer is giving him a 404 error because it downloads the tools, so he doesn't need that

hi musleman.i redownloaded form your link and i get to the point of installing the7th 0f 9 and i get the error opening http myimages.fourvalve.com/darthvickram/files.kchecker.exe.the server returns status 404
