i've recently upgraded from 5.5.10 This is genuine Nero download and when i try to use smartstart i get this...
"Nerosmartstart has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL
Nerosmartstart will now close.
If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer."
What does this mean ? and does anyone know how to fix it?

maybe your download got corrupted........ have you tried redownloading and reinstalling it???

Try reinstalling it mate and also clean the registry with something like jv16 powertools,before installing
