There isn't a way to record music and convert it to poly ring tones.
Any program that converts sound files (mp3 or wav) would be unable to detect and separate individual instruments or tracks - all it could do is approximate the general meloody and produce a mono ringtone.
Depending on your phone, you can use or possibly convert midi files.
