Dear people of the lounge,
first I have to say that I am proud to have got this opened blue
impression while sharing my thoughts openly with all you nice ppl.
Recently, I have had some Night Sessions with some Marc (our Admin, 7th Elemen),
in which he tole me to my surprise that some ppl from the RIAA also visited this
board to find evidence for taking this wonderful opened place down.
Names were mentioned I never thought that could be Agents from the RIAA like
Azzz, WithCheese and probably NikkiD just to list some. These ppl are also
unfortunately also just humans, so that I can't judge about them and I also
don't want to hurt anyones feelings here - that is never my intention just
sharing and if possible in a way that doesn't hurt so much. I also know
always that this place might be visited by RIAA Agents trying to sue ppl.
But, recently I also got the impression that the RIAA wants us to mistrust
each other, by some latest actions in here. That is why should remain opened
and stay together more than ever for understanding each other better and
being to be a little stronger maybe.
As well, Marc reported to me that he was feeling very depressed and sad by
the latest events and some personal issues. Not only because he received
letters from the RIAA - as I heared sadly from him - also because the lawyers
want him to close this Board soon.
That events just makes me feeling very sad - more with the fact that RIAA
ppl are also just humans - and I for myself will remain opened and not let
them win so easily. The best thing is to stay in touch with ICQ or MSN or IRC.
A good client which I use is called Miranda - http://www.miranda-im.org - and
is very small so that is does not need much space on my e.g. crappy Win98.
Also what is more important is offline sharing for the ppl of you can't afford
staying here - just keep up sharing your thoughts and concerns with good friends.
It is sometimes important to have somebody you can trust and share your thoughts
openly with like I have my best girlfriend Ulla. My situation is not the best at
the moment but sharing makes me feeling more happy and wherever my girlfriend is
staying I hope she is feeling better and having some nice dreams. AS I say:
"Thoughts are like a treasure, if you share them another person could enjoy them."
And I try to enjoy life as far as I can, every minute. Just think of all the sad
violent wars in parts of the World (Iraq, Africa, Columbia...) and the everydaylife
attacks in Israel and Palestinia.
Some of you might think that Marc is the bad boy, as he introduced many new
changes against us. First I honestly thought so as well, but after talking to him
during nice Night Sessions, I discovered the many positive sides of him and I regrette
that I did not know him so well before. Ok, he is not Paul, but he has as well many
and I think so many positive sides and now he is feeling very depressed... and maybe
a little lonely.
I also want to say I will remain opened and I think personally if they gonna close
this nice opened K-Lite Board, I will survive it surely as I survived Audioalaxy, and all
of you former Audiogalaxy User know that. The fact that filesharing started really for me
on 9-11 when my cousin showed me Audiogalaxy - it was pretty fast - makes me feeling that
is a sign that there is still hope in some ways.

PS. Marc asked me to write this letter to inform everyone about the recent activities
openly but in way that does not hurt so much, and I don't want to hurt anyone feelings as
everyone is unfortunately just human. I also have to make amends for my recent behaviour
on AZzz Forum (I don't have the right to judge about ppl, although if he maybe from RIAA,
that is hard, I know. I remain opened even if it is hard.)
PS. Keek sharing up - Sharing is Caring. "We have to share our thoughts openly to understand
each other better." This thread should be mainly for eXchanging contacts (ICQ,Mail,MSN) for
being able to conitnue sharing our thoughts openly if this Board would be closed (soon).
PS. I have to mention to all ppl from RIAA - There are two kind of copyright infringements,
ppl who sell copyrighted material and ppl whose intention is sharing to enjoy together. The
second has no commercial aspect/intention and is therefore to understand each other better and
enjoy life. The first one maybe and is my eyes more harsh.
PS. Keep up, there is always hope. Remain opened.
