Is there a very noticeable performance and quality difference between the FX5900 Ultra and the 5950 Ultra? Like, that would be noticable in gmaing?

    I feel honored haha

You wont see much difference...not worth the extra money. I think you should just get a Radeon 9800Pro for $215.

Well, thing is... I've made some bad choices when it comes to PC's in the past. I've spent alot of moolah getting something, and the next month the standard that everyone is getting is double the specs.

That's why I want the most powerful 3D Card (I'm a Nvidia loyalist) so I wont have to worry about it.

    I can get a 5900 Ultra for $400, $360 If I trade in my MX440

and I can get a 5950Ultra for $450 (this is an estimate, I'm in South Africa, not the USA)

I need something that will play all the latest games for the next few years without letting me down, and I mean, if $50 extra will give me a few extra months of gaming, I might as well go for it.
