In the background there is the big famous building which is located in Paris.

So, I think that is maybe german or the Allies.

By any chance do you know what language is the text written on there? It might help in finding out more about the image.

mary, i dont know either, this picture is a signature image from someone i am having a debate with, if i can prove this pic is nazi conquering paris, i can attack this person's credibility and win the debate.

language is in chinese and the content of which is unrelated to the picture
