The file is corrupt.

Either the image is damaged or the file was corrupt when the image was made.
There is a tool that can fix damaged image files but someone else will have to point you in the right direction as I don't bother with it, I just get another copy.
if your font size is this small i'll add you to my ignore list because you're wasting my time, OK?

i have this file on a CD and it is part of an image ( .bin) .....
So I take it this is your back-up as a bin should be cut to a cd disc,if its on the disc can't see why it won't copy off bad or not it got on there.
If this is related to https://filesharingtalk.com/index.php?showtopic=102304 did you get it from KaZaa ?
If so did you check it first for corruption before putting to disc ? - if not you need CDMage which will at best repair the file great program got me out of the shit a few times. You can also use Winrar to "test" each cab just to make sure there is not another one that is u/s.
https://filesharingtalk.com/index.php?showtopic=67574 and how to use Cdmage.
Me I would name the cab/program etc too that way someone might have it and could send it to you to save downloading the thing again,or go here and down just the bad file this is if it came from KaZaa of course.

Yep I have had a few from there too just lately, best bet is too check for corruption BEFORE you delate the rar files then if you have any delate them then restart the download again and you will recieve only the ones you delated, hopefully not bad this time around.
Cdmage may still repair the cab(s) many of us have had great results with this program.

there was no .rar or anything.............it did not need to be extracted. it just came with daemon.exe (i use alcohol 120) so i got rid of it. and two folders one called CD1 the second named CD2...... each folder contains a .cue and a .bin. seems like everything is good execpt for the error in CD1 with the file data.cab
