i just downloaded the above files from SUPRNOVA and when i try to extract them its encrypted with a password, does anybody have any ideas on what it could be?

Try looking in the suprnova forums

You really should try looking at the actual torrent file first...most if not all passworded rar files have the password in the torrent name
