You said that you could whistle with a cigarette in your mouth. I want to see you do it. To, as I said, observe your technique. I was able to do it at one point today, for about 3 notes, but failed miserably at each subsequent attempt, and would like to see just how you accomplish this, so that I may learn from your mastery.
