Well, I have been off the computer for about a week because I didn't have a OS so I had to get everything but anyway I downloaded the new Shawdow's client and I am download at about 70-80 and uploading almost at my max about 22 max is 26 so I recommend if u don't have it give it a try.

The current version of ABC also contains the current Shadows core
