lol the judge just ordered a put up or shut up order to sco.
they have no where to run know since they cant claim it is a trade secret since millions of people have downloaded the linux kernel source code.

edit: that gives sco 45 days to produce their evidence aprils 1st sounds like a good date to me. still IBM has to produce code as well.
