Return Of The King D/l Speeds

is anyone currently d/l ther new return of the king torrant - diamond one i think its just over 2 gig posted late feb? i've been d/l it for a couple of days but my speeds have been pretty average despite lots and i mean lots of peers and seeds
i get about 30k d/l im around 40% done,

anyone else find this a little slow seeing i got school of rock at 90k with less seeds and peers

i have green light and everything, im using shadows and when i look at the advanced tab i can see other peers d/l at great speeds

anyone?

ooo, i adjusted the rates -
it got 20k upload
10 max uploads

and im getting 60k download which is good,
what setting do most people use with shadows? or do you just vary it?
do other find that the more please you upload too the faster it is

I vary it as its whatever works the best,yes I was getting slow downs too on this file still,it only took me a day now upping as we speak pity I only have 30kbs (slow).

30 KB/sec download isn't slow if you're uploading LESS than 30 KB/sec.

i finished d/l the file, anyone else doing it and there are a lot of peeps please dont as the sound doesnt work, its a foreign copy, picture is great but no sound
very angry it seemed so good, anyone suggest a file off suprnova for lotr return of the king thats good sound and visuals? that they have actually watched

this is silly, i have d/l loads of movies that go straight into medi player fine, why do people make these copies that require obscure codecs found is the smallest corners of the internet
i dunno what to play them in anymore
