I am doing some research on Gym Culture and i would appreciate it if you could answer the initial question. If yes why, if no why. Also could you recollect any experiences of gym culture e.g. gender specification, flirting/ego boosting, personal exercise preference, conflicts with others, observations of gym addicts, anything really it all is relevant.

    Thanks in advance.

No, because its tiring, takes to much of my free time and I just generally dont like it. Besides that I have a job that doesnt allow me to go on set hours.

Well I personally do not pay because I go through my school.

But it is not just about the exercise. Going to the gym is more than just working out. You can play tennis, racquetball, swim, and use some pretty high quality exercising equipment.

If I was not athletic I would probably just work out at home. Some of thoose exercise memberships can be costly at the least
