    Hey all ...
At the moment, its a little craze going on in school (finish in 4 weeks so we have an excuse to make fools of ourself), that every lunchtime we're at the hall playing tapes and taking turns in rapping freestyles. Is all well and good .. but with me as the one who provides the instrumentals and beats, (no, this isn't the reason why im allowed to take part, lol) ... Im hoping fellow hip hop fans can point out beats which work well for this kind of thing.

Kind of tunes we use at the moment are:

    2pac - ambitions of a ridah
    50 cent - wanksta
    2pac - Hail mary

and similar ones .. which are good .. but getting boring and I wanna hear what else is available. So please go ahead and post great instrumental beats I could freestyle too.

Also, does anyone know what beat is in the background of the following track on the Invasion 3 mixtape by Green Lantern:

2004 Warm Up - Lloyd Banks

On a given day or given circumstance, you think you have a limit.
And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit and you think "Ok, this is the limit".
As soon as you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further.
With your mind power, your determination, your instinct and the experience as well, you can fly very high.
