Stock HSF is great!
The 9600Pro is better then the 5700non ultra.

[SIZE=1]AMD 4200 X2 @ 2.65Ghz, ASRock 939-VSTA
1.75GB PC3200, 2 X 160GB Seagate w/ 8MB Buffer
HIS Radeon X800 Pro, Antec Super Lanboy Aluminum
Yup, in general I prefer ATI over nVidia (no flaming needed, it's just my opinon) anyway, and the 9600pro can OC to an XT as well as far as I know, not positive on that though
Q6600 @ 3.42Ghz | Gigabyte EP35-DS3R | EVGA 8800GT 721/1802/2006 w/ Accelero S1 | 4gb Crucial DDR2 @ 760mhz | 750gb Hitachi 7k1000 | Corsair 520HX | 2 x Samsung SyncMaster T240 24" | Windows 7 Ultimate
Try using the stock hs/f and just buy a couple of fans for your case and try to create good airflow threw the case.This will help the stock ks/f cool the processor more efficiently.
personally I use a Volcano 9 hs with an Antec UV blue/green fan on it and it looks super cool and is a lot more quiet than the Thermaltake fan.
