    Stock HSF is great!

The 9600Pro is better then the 5700non ultra.

Yup, in general I prefer ATI over nVidia (no flaming needed, it's just my opinon) anyway, and the 9600pro can OC to an XT as well as far as I know, not positive on that though

Try using the stock hs/f and just buy a couple of fans for your case and try to create good airflow threw the case. This will help the stock ks/f cool the processor more efficiently.
personally I use a Volcano 9 hs with an Antec UV blue/green fan on it and it looks super cool and is a lot more quiet than the Thermaltake fan.

OK double check the specs and see if they're good.

AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton with stock heatsink
    Asus A7N8X
    512mb of "Brand Name" pc-3200 ram X2
    Maxtor 120gb 8mb Cache IDE 7200rpm
    Powercolor Radeon 9600Pro
    Soundblaster Live! 5.1
    Lite-On cd-rw/dvd-rom combo drive
18" ATX case with 350 watt power supply (for some reason the 17" with 300 is more expensive)
LG Studioworks 700s 17" (is this a good monitor? I've seen this monitor at school but can it play games?)
    Samsung keyboard
    microsoft optical mouse
    some pos speakers

One more thing is how do I know if I can trust the store? It's a really small store owned by 2 or 1 people.

    look at store http://www.aa-computers.com
    Ohh noo!!! I make dribbles!!!
