Buring Music/listening

Can anyone help. I've download one or two tracks recently and I'm not able to hear the music. I keep getting a message directing me to the Microsoft Privacy Site........Any ideas?

the problem is that the music that you have downloaded is probbly a .wma file which is windows media audio and whe person who ripped those songs had a little feature on called privacy protection on all their copied music i suggest just downloading .mp3 files
