Im new to the whole firewall and port forward thing. I want to make programs available for online use with the firewall on, and to get better speeds on overnet and bittorrent.

My msn port is 1080 ,and my overnet has TCP Port 4662 UDP Port 5413

Is (screenshot),the right place to open these ports, and if so how?

I know i should ring dynalink and ask but there phone support is only available when im not at home.

I'm not familiar with the dynalink range, but the screenshot you've shown is not the right place. Having had a quick look at the dynalink pages I think you need to be in the Virtual Server settings. You can then create a new virtual server, define the incoming port and protocol and where those requests should be forwarded to on your network.
