What Software Can I Use To Transfer Stuff

I have a motorola T731, and was wondering what software I could use to transfer images and ringtones from my computer. Could someone let me know?

I took a look at it just now, it uses a serial connection and I have a usb cable.

that one uses a serial cable too, and it is used to sync your phone with outlook. does not say much about ring tones though.
