Download Progress Goes Back?

this is weird...one of my downloads is not progressing forward
once in a while, i see it subtracts the amount downloaded by a few kb as if it is rewinding back to previous position

btw, i have more than enuf hard disk space, so could it be corruption?
if it is...where's the error msg? i dun see one at the bottom

Yes it's the corruption. eMule tries to repair the corruption but if that doesn't work, the part is deleted. You should look at the "finished" tab instead of the "transferred" tab.

ok once was downloading a movie and when it finished it started to download again , i checked my download folder but it wasnt there , i searched my pc , nothing , what happened?

i dun have emule, i'm using overnet so the tabs ur talkin bout doesn't quite apply to me.

but this corruption is terrible, it keeps going back after a while...as if the whole download never advances at all.
