Would anyone know how to write a “plugin” for an Image Browser, like Irfanview, that would let it display the image of an Embroidery Pattern Format ? Or would this be Illegal ?

no idea on how to do this, but why would it be illegal???? i mean, as long as your not removing anything from the program or doing anything else that is prohibited by the EULA...........
