    ok, my speakers (Polk Audio) pop whenever they want to. My sound card is Creative Sound Blaster. I'm sorry for the small amount of info, but I have no clue what is going on with my speakers.

    I might be wrong. Reinstall your sound drivers or your spkrs are damaged. My .02.

    k I hope my speakers aren't damaged, so i'll try to re-install my sound card.

    Agree mate

    theres also a patch with the drivers that may fix issuses for some ppl.

    Squeakers popping is the sign of a Sound Card not getting enough power. Whats your PSU's wattage.

    Either that or dodgy speakers or a dodgy soundcard.
