I use the account entiletled BC-UK however recently I tried to change my email address but the validation form hasnt been sent after numerous attempts.

Could anyone please tell me how to change my username

i'd be very gr8ful as i want to keep my old name

i'd also like to keep my old profile but it wont let me use it
