    SO how can i burn 811MBbin image on a 700MB cd

    if it is in a bin file, use nero to burn image to cd and it will fit.

    To expand on Firefox's post, CD image files are often larger than the size of the CDR because they contain more than just the files on the CD.

    1. Put a 700MB CDR in your burner.
    2. Burn the 811MB image to it using your favourite release of Nero.

    Can't say simpler than that.
