Clonedvd

I recently got clonedvd off suprnova, iam currently waiting for my dvd burner to arrive. ( i bought it yesterday on the internet). I inserted my "league of extroudinary gentleman dvd and saw that the movie has to be split.
How does this "splitting" work? Am i going to to get the whole dvd or 2 dvd's with only half the movie. Will i also get the special features?

please answer, iam totally new at burning dvd's and would appreciate help
