Add Restrictions

Is there a way to stop someone on your computer from accessing LAN Settings in Internet Options (only this one). Or that if someone was to try to add a proxy via Internet options > Lan settings, can you make it refer back to the original settings as soon as that person was to press apply and ok.

i know its poss with windows 98 - theres a piece of software i think i got from Mr Mcbriens site which does it - can get the name, but i doubt its any good if u use xp

Yeah I got Win98. But I don't want a program, that will just remove the restrictions when uninstalled. I want to edit the registry to put the restrictionso n, I know its possible.
