- New areas to further thin out our low numbers isn't a good idea.
- We need to encourage more new users to become members and post. It's too quiet now.
- Hide at least the verifieds from guest's view. If the RIAA want to see it then they will have to join.
- Some sort of advertising needs to be done to increase the number of posting members.

Imo there's got to be a sharp reduction in the number of worlds, sections & areas. It's almost impossible to get into a heated debate & spur further thoughts & insights because everything is so spread out. Thus easier to get distracted.

1) Get rid of or combine some of the worlds.
2) Although pronworld would be a cool addition, I understand the practicalitys of its use. I wont be bothered either way.
3) Seperate filesharing talk sites would not work IMO. As virtualbody already stated, we are spread out enough as it is.

If I separte the site, I really don't think it will thin traffi out much. It will be a completely different site for a completely different topic. There is not going to be a new area, rather a new forum that has nothing really to do with what is discussed here.

Another site is a good idea, just don't give it the FST moniker at all.
This would also separate the perv...I mean the softcore adult material from this forum that...isn't allowed anyway. I guess you would really be opening a door that is only cracked in here.

how about appointing a few members the ability to post news stories and have them split up into catergories
games, software, movies and the such
this would probably make the news slighty more up to date since the process of submitting the story to you for approval seems a little slow.
