These small firms, unjustly filing law suits on Microsoft, have yet to acknowledge the fact that Microsoft is the dominant corporate leader: its desktop computing OS is undeniably unmatched and consequently this has witnessed Microsoft having to abide by the law in releasing fragments of source code, simply to gratify the requirements of Sun Microsystems, for instance.

no bill gates doesn't get raped, far from it in fact. EU has barely scratch Microsoft's ass. out of the hundreds of millions of euros being fines it only comprises 1 percent of Microsoft's CASH RESERVE, please note it's only the cash reserve we are not talking about the total assets of microsoft yet.

One thing that speaks in favor of Bill Gates is that he has donated wast amount of money to charity (as he damn should with that kind of income), but basically my view on the guy is pretty much sumarized by "I donīt give a fuck".
There isnt realy much he can do, his position is indestructable, even if M$ did go bankrupt they must have millions in his trust funds.
