Can Someone Please Make Me A Sig.

I am hoping that someone will take pity on me and help me out. What I would like is a sig like the one NikkiD has. The Go Leafs GO. Execpt I would like the Devils instead of the Leafs. Also I would keep the Canadian flag. Any help would be appreciated.
