it's definitely good as long as you have some music already to share. my only problem with it is the prevalence of low bit-rate stuff

    vbr makes me
you look like i need a drink....

    Hi guys,

I am thinking of trying Soulseek. As I like collecting good rock music from British bands of the 70's etc. I use Ares, good for popular songs.

What do they mean when they say you must have complete albums to share in the Soulseek intro ?

Do they mean every song on an album in a separate file ? or the whole album in one file ?

I prefre the former, but I do like to get every song of an album. I have some good albums to share.

    regards

The software is knocky imo, but the availability of even pretty obscure music files and full albums is excellent.
