For the Ogger here:

Get this dBpowerAMP Music Converter Release 10.1 (1.4MB)
and then get the Ogg-codeck from here.

How to use it should be pretty easy.

Also, check out the other codecs available in here and
dont forget to get the Power Pack for it too.
