I Have A Movie ( Xvid ) Which Has Ac3 Sound

I have like 400 mb of the movie and i used kazaa preview extractor to convert it to avi. (movie is 700mb)

Then i used ACP to convert it rite? i put it on 1200 bitrate max and 700mb cd.

The avi was 439 and then the Mpeg (kvcd) is 676 mb !!

Why is this?

i had other movies which were like 600 mb and i converted it and it was about the same size as the avi.

Maybe because its still unfinished......

Its Xvid 1.03 the new one by Koepi and ac3 (0x2000) Dolby Laboratories, Inc
448 kb/s (5 ch) CBR 48000 Hz

I extracted the .wav out of the movie using Vdub and tried to make it into a mp3 and mux it and that wouldnt work....

I don't know where to start
kazaa preview extractor = never herd of it
how did you convert it, tmpgenc with the templates, or acp
cause acp will make it as big as the cd
and how big is the movie, 400 or 700 is it finished downloading

Dude it wont work that way. First open the file in Vdub and then clik on audio and make sure it is on direct stream copy. Then clik on file save as wav ......and then while saving save it under all files and add extension as .ac3 .

Then use other softwares like Px3 ac3 to wav converter or goldwave to convert from ac3 to wav.
