I use k-lite and the regular bittorrent client on Windows.
For *nix I use azureus bittorrent client, xmule, BitchX, and sometimes amule if xmule starts acting up. I get the best speeds with azureus for movies and what not.
I'm going to give soulseek a try as soon as I can gather up all my albums.
Newsgroups, SoulSeek, IRC, and occasionally BitTorrent or eDonkey2000... I can connect to nine networks with MLdonkey though. B)

Hmm i use a combo of limewire and k-litetho i DL from limewire and keep all my songs on k-ltie n play em there cuz its got a better way of listing your files
