i downloaded this DVD tried to burn it with nero like i do all my movies but it says that a VOB file is missing?

if it says a VOB file is missing, then a VOB file must be missing. try running the files that you have through a DVD authoring program (like Tmpgenc DVD Author or IFO Edit's DVD Author option), and see if it's able to turn them into a VOB set that works correctly.
Ah nevermind,
i ignored all the warnings that nero gave, burnt the thing and it works fine on my dvd player/pc and xbox
