Problem With My Ipb

ya'see i recently installed a IPB (such as it is much more powerful than phpbb) and i got it up and running,everything worked fine for a couple of days,until one day,i tried to make a few changes to my board and they didn't work out (some of this actions were to be able to use the doHTML tag for ex.),then i got to think and i remembered that i run the script for DB optimize (you know,the one included in phpnuke) and it was afterwards that this "problems" started to happen.
Well i'm not sure but if someone knows why or how to fix it i would really aprecciate

Well, from what I can tell, you installed IPB, made some changes in the ACP, then IPB "didn't work" anymore. Then, you ran a DB optimize script and "the problem" happened.
