Should Rappy Be Banned For Spamming His Website

Im looking for some members to join my new board. I was hopeing you can take some time out of your busy day to join.

if you ban anyone for spamming thier website, you may as well go ahead and ban the administrator, as he has taking spamming his other sites to a new level.

I could care less if the admin has his websites listed, its his place
but if he Pm's me to goto his site thats a different story
if you make a good site people will come, you shouldn't have to recruit from other forums
rules say you can have links in your sig, if its not against the rules to spam peoples pm box it should

If people use pm's for spam just forward one of those pm's to a mod we will decide if there's something to be done about that then.
I believe we have a pretty fair policy about sites, as you are allowed to use the sig you have for a site.

HMPL, the adnmin doesn't spam his sites he just shows a link to the other sites he hosts. I guess that's not much asked for someone that pays for the costs of this site ad the time he spends in here to keep this one running.

but cant people fake these sorts of PM's so they can get someone they dont like banned?
