Yes, Microsoft has decided that the distribution of MCE is to be limited by merely making it an inclusion of selected PVRs. However, if you have donated time towards the construction of a PVR, I have an assumption that you may discover that MCE is an availability by the utilisation of a P2P application.

in laymans terms, if ur comp has a cable tuner and a decent gfx card, go download it off the net (bittorrent is wht i used) cuz u cant buy it nor can you become close enuf to m$hit to get it.
