Painkiller Deviance Big Problem

I just finish downloading the game took me half a day! and I burn them to 3 disks and installed the game afterwards now when I go run the game a get this error shown here

im d/l splinter cell for about a week already... its on 91%
but ya mount the image with deamon tools and it should work

im downloading splinter cell pandora tommorow, painkiller and collin mcrae 4 dvd rite now from private ftp at about 250-300 Kb/s. They r all lined up one after the other to download, meaning as soon as (ie.) painkiller is done, splinter cell will start downloading. well im not exactly downloading some one is uploading to me .

well i set up my own ftp and a friend is uploading currently to me the following:

splinter cell pandora tommorow, sacred, i of the dragon at the speed i said above 250-300 kb/s.

@abu its "private", but ill give yu a little info:
-irc channel
-channel gets releases within 1 hour of nfo release
eg. doom 3 komes out rite now, ill have it uploading to me in an hour (after it has reached dump) at speed i said above

how does your friend get the files in as soon as its released... unless he works with deviance or something... basically your saying as soon as the file is released like the spilt second it comes out your friend has it and he will upload to you as soon as he gets it...? wat a weird friend...
