Azzz, I think it's a great attempt. I've lost posts thru the anti spam as well, but the admin just don't appear to care about what the members want. It's been proven over and over the last few weeks.
In the meantime the members are not posting in droves. This used to be such a fun board, now I come less and less often because it gets more boring everyday. It's a real shame to see it go down this way.

It seems pointless to have something in place that is hampering the very people who don't spam.
It appears that Admin just won't get involved in anything to do with members nowadays and that's a shame. Without members there won't be a board.
Every time I come in here I see that brilliant people have decided to leave...isn't that telling Admin something?
Do Mods and Admin actually communicate?

What does antispam do? Does it stop one posting every 3 seconds so as to think between posts? If that's it or something similar, I'm for it.

No it doesnt. It is supposed to stop members from using spam scripts to post multiple times in a row. However, it catches us out when posting normally (some VASTLY more than others) and spam scripts still work.Originally posted by zapjb@10 April 2004 - 15:51

and the fact is that this doesnt work - see many posts by haxor, and it does the opposite - stopping people posting when they have perfect right to
