I have the Nvidia GeForce TI 4600 with TV out, not sure how similar it may be to your 2 but I love the one I have.

Quite a hard choice , the speed difference between these two aren't big. Though I'd go for the 9500 , I had a TI4200 installed for a while ( m8 of mine has one ) and with 3dMark my rate where slightly lower.
Hope I helped you out a bit

Both cards are very close in performance level. (hardly noticable). It comes down to your preference and the price.

If you look at Toms Hardware site. You can see a chart that compares many cards here: Toms hardware - Grahics Card Charts

If you look you will see that GeForce 4 ti 4200 64MB outperformes the GeForce 4 ti 4200 128MB. That's because the RAM used on the 64MB one is faster.

And you can save some money in the process.

Check out MSI. They have a great software package with their cards.

I prefer Nvidia because of their unified drivers. That means that when they come out with a new driver it works for all Nvidia cards. That way the development of the drivers continues well beyond production of a certain model. And they really do work on the development of those drivers.

although the ti4200 is better, in the long run the 9500 pro will be the better choice. Because it has Directx 9 which the ti4200 dosen't
