    Click on the start menu

    Click on run

    Type
    RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%&#092;inf&#092;msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

    Click on run

    Wait a few seconds and them reboot.


    MSN Messenger gone

    lol, go to msconfig (start>run>msconfig) and disable it from starting up...

    msn messenger does listen when you tell it not to start at startup. its windows messenger that doesnt listen to you...ya that was a big mistake for microsoft, putting it on every windows xp machine, and having that kind of a bug was a very bad idea.

    did u do what i said and did it work? im not sure if my way even works though cause its been a while since ive had to disable windows messenger, when you install msn messenger it disables it automatically.

    you can search the reg entries for msmsgs and remove it lol...


    it should be under some reg folder like currentversion/run
